We adopt reinforcement measures for GRD  HDPE heavy-duty insulators with steel Straps to fast insulators on the carrier firmly, to insure the quality of the project avoiding the moving or looseness of the insulator in the case of the big-sized pipelines.

6mm thick rubber plate is fixed on the inner wall of the GRD Series insulator so that the external coating of the pipe can not damaged, not only the quality is insured, but also the construction can be speeded up. Furthermore, electric wrench is supplied so that construction is speed up more, and the cost is cut down as well.
